We are excited to announce that the 2027 Traylor Family Reunion will take place in the vibrant city of Detroit, Michigan! This gathering is a wonderful opportunity for family members from all over the country to come together, reconnect, and celebrate our rich family heritage. As we prepare for this special occasion, we invite you to join us in making lasting memories and strengthening our family bonds. Here are some quick details:

Memberships help us to continue to pay for the website, organizing reunions and being a family resource. If you are a member, login before you register and the reduced rate will be applied. If you are not a member, you will be given an option to join when you register for the reunion.

Each household can register up to 8 guests per transaction. Before starting, make sure to have the number of tickets needed, as well as the name, shirt size, and dietary requirements for each attendee. Alternatively, you can pay by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, which will include 5.7% in fees (payment processing and event processing) in the ticket price. To avoid paying extra fees, payment can be made by check or money order with no extra charges. More information is available on the payment pages.

The reunion will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Novi. For your convenience, a limited number of rooms has been reserved under the name TRAYLOR FAMILY REUNION until Wednesday, June 16, 2027. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

Hilton Garden Inn Novi offers rooms to us starting at $144 per night, with other options available at higher prices. Make sure to ask about the room capacity when booking your stay.

The hotel rate includes breakfast for 4 registered guests per room. Guests will receive one voucher per room per day which is available in the Garden Bar & Grill. The vouchers are for the Breakfast Buffet only and do not include any made to order items. Any cooked to order items will incur an extra charge. For mornings when vouchers are redeemed, a charge of $2 per room will be added as a gratuity for the breakfast server if no other gratuity is provided.

If you miss the deadline or would like to stay at a different hotel, there are several hotels close by in Novi, Michigan.

Explore Detroit (Saturday Afternoon)

We are giving family time to expore Detroit while you are here. The cost of these activities are not included in your reunion fee.

An interest form is included in the registration process so we can make reservations if necessary. Actual sign-ups and payment information will follow in 2027.
